This set of 4 chrome Brno chairs by Mies Van Der Rohe, classic Bauhaus design, is in nice original condition.
Designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1930 for his renowned Tugendhat House in Brno, Czech Republic, the Brno Chair reflects the groundbreaking simplicity of its original environment. The chair, an icon of 20th-century design, is celebrated for its lean profile, clean lines and meticulous attention to detail. The chrome flat bar frames creates an elegant contrast with the black leather upholstery.
Ludwig Mies van der Rohe was a German-American architect, academic, and interior designer. Along with Alvar Aalto, Le Corbusier, Walter Gropius and Frank Lloyd Wright, he is regarded as one of the pioneers of modernist architecture.
